Experience the taste of a true chicken pie.

All of our chicken pies start with whole Petaluma Farms Rocky Chickens (Air Chilled Organic, No Antibiotics, No Hormones, Vegetarian Diet, Free Range).  We combine sous-vide chicken breasts, and whole chicken slow-cooked with wine, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, shallots, and fresh garden herbs, a touch of spice (mustard, mild paprika, salt, pepper) and cream.

A touch of Mozambican Bird's Eye chili, Nando's Peri-Peri Sauce, Chipotle, Arbol and  Green Hatch Chili (direct from New Mexico) added to our base chicken.

Looking for an adventure in taste....
A wonderful blend of 15 spices with tomato and coconut milk to create a mild curry with a delicious flavor and aroma.
Chicken and Leek
This is for the person who appreciates the delicate sweet flavor of leeks....
Leeks slowly sauteed  in butter and then added to the chicken base.  (80% chicken, 20% leek).

Lamb Curry (mild)
A slightly sweet mild curry, Cape Malayan Style, that is a perfect blend of flavors.......

Ground ranch lamb with a mild masala curry that is sauteed with shallots and deglazed with Masala Wine. Add a little  grated carrots,  apple and banana to blend in a natural sweetness.  Even if lamb is not your favorite meat, this will be your favorite pie.   (90% ground meat; 10% Fruit & Veg)

Beef Pye  (Meat Pye)
The original savory pie, is a meat lover's pie............

A wonderful beefy flavor, our version of the Aussie Meat Pie.
Ground beef from Five-Dot Ranch (grass-fed, hormone free), sauteed with onions, some home made beef stock, a touch of masala wine, all spice, tomato paste, chutney, salt and pepper.

The original "meat" pie with a blend of  Peri-peri, Chiplotle, Arbol and Pasilla chili's.

Stout Steak and Mushroom (a.k.a Guinness Pie)
A truly flavorful beef pie, with just enough mushroom for a balance.....

Sous vide Steak (Terres major - grass fed, hormone free) add to a sauce from local Stout beer, carrots, sauteed mushrooms.   (90% beef, 10% mushroom).
